Gil Foudray (78) was surrounded by his loved ones when he was called to his Lord's side on Monday, October 27th, 2025 following a brief illness.
Gil was born to Belford and Lillie Bell Foudray on August 6, 1947 at Marion General Hospital five minutes after his twin sister, Laura. Gil is one of eleven children and grew up in Marion graduating from Marion High School in 1966. Gil is preceded in death by his siblings Laura Woodall, Frances "Frankie" Clark, James "Jim" Foudray, Dorothy Miller, Madeline Thompson, Ronald "Ronnie" Foudray, Ina Foudray, and Jean Hogan.
Remaining to cherish Gil's memory is his loving wife of 39 years, Linda, his son, Kelly (Lorietta) Foudray, daughters Starlina (Brent) Hines, Sara (Ryan) Booth, and beloved siblings: brother, Jr. (Joyce) Foudray, and sister, Ann Loch. Survivors also include Gil's grandchildren, Grayson Hines, Reagan Foudray, Graham Booth and bonus grandchildren Mark, Ashley and Kirsten, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He will be greatly missed by his many friends (namely, his life-long friend, Ronnie (Anita) Stodghill), customers, and co-workers at Barry Bunker Chevrolet.
